Biography

Dr. Rabia Altaf is currently working as Associate Professor and Program Head M.Phil Pharmacology in the School of Pharmacy, UMT. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the College of Pharmacy, University of the Punjab,Lahore in 2005, M.Phil in Pharmacology from the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences,Lahore in 2010. In 2011, she moved to Malaysia to pursue doctoral studies from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) that is one of the top ranked Malaysian Universities. She completed her PhD in Pharmacology from USM in 2015 as USM Fellowship Holder. Dr. Rabia is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor with an experience of almost 17 years in academics. She has served as lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, acting dean (LMDC) in multiple universities in Pakistan throughout her career as LCWU, Riphah,WIL,TUF,GIU,LMDC. Dr Rabia Altaf is interested in research & postgraduate supervision
