Biography

Dr. Hammad Ullah is an Assistant Professor at the University of Management and Technology (Pakistan) and Adjunct Associate Professor at Xi’an International University (China). With a PhD in Nutraceuticals from the University of Naples Federico II and a Habilitation in Food Chemistry, he specializes in nutraceuticals, functional foods, and metabolic health. Dr. Ullah’s research focuses on polyphenols, bioactive compounds, and sustainable food-based interventions, with over 70 peer-reviewed publications, 3,000+ citations, and an h-index of 25. He serves on editorial boards of BMC Complementary Medicine, Journal of Medicinal Food, Discover Life, and Frontiers in Nutrition. A sought-after speaker, Dr. Ullah has presented internationally and received multiple awards for his scientific contributions. He actively collaborates with global institutions and mentors emerging researchers, bridging pharmacy and food science to promote health innovation.
